I'm no expert but I have been holding XCLL since 2012. Back then their products were around internet speed and wearable technology (smart watch, etc.) via their own cloud. They still own the patents on the original products.
Then in 2014 they decided to turn their focus to online gambling and purchased a small online gaming company. This shift caused a big hit to the stock price but recovered somewhat after announcing an agreement with China Mobile to provide underlying technology for each online transaction.
They also changed their website announcing new direction and new office in China. After the government announced the ban, they switched back to the current (previous) website. No idea why but guessing that they didn't want to be seen promoting something that the gov had banned.
People are anticipating the ban being lifted any day now due to activity in the overall markets as well as press coverage. My guess is that folks who are patient will be very happy this year.
