Peregrine Pharmaceuticals sabotaged how many times ? Peregrine, now CDMO has been hijacked it seems and the more that these puzzle pieces are completely linked, many of them will certainly be difficult to say it was just a coincidence
One must be curious when you realize groups that were involved in buying KBI Biopharma have a motive to delay PS Targeting and/or pick up PS Targeting patents / R&D research etc and they also have some CDMO business to reward current BODs if they sign off on a breadcrumbed deal
We can do this all day ....and continue to connect the dots
Sumitomo Corporation is part of INCJ and interesting how Oxford played a role and now with new BODs connected to KBI and conflicts of interest should make

In addition to the acquisition of KBI, JSR and CMIC have entered into a joint project to develop design and manufacturing processes and process materials for the next generation of antibody pharmaceuticals. Both companies expect the new relationship with KBI to contribute greatly to the project’s success. INCJ will support this, and other development efforts, through its industry-academia- government network in Japan.
