Several problems there, starting with SEC filings that indicate Nanobeak is no longer majority owner of VNTH. IF VNTH makes money, then owners of VNTH stock make money; however, the owners of VNTH stock (including Nanobeak) can make lots of money and VNTH will not see any of it.
lol...you may want to think again...how many employees does VNTH have? How many does Nanobeak, Inc. have? Who owns Nanobeak? They are simple questions but very telling on the outcome with VNTH. I believe the last I heard Nanobeak had 12 employees. :)
