The epgl-Markus technology seems very good, could be integrated in mass production, developed and filed with COopervision, JNJ is interested by this technology, Wsgr is their legal advice, I beleive there is a partnership behind the scene and funding. They waited for to quit the otc market to have a new and better start with others partners and big investors ( not possible in pink market). Want to be free and work discreetly, it is normal according to me.
