So CHIT exchanged preferred shares for hundreds of millions in NVC FUND assets.

And then they give stock away at 50% discount to settle less than 200K of "debt"....

Instead of selling a mere fraction of these wonderful assets to pay the "debt".....

This CHIT really is CHIT and the bullCHIT is thick with Johnson lately.
