Yes, but I'm inclined to agree with hat that the 120k shares is what is variable due to the 600k valuation placed on the actual chargers alongside the language that the valuation price would be the share price at the execution of the agreement.
That last part can't happen until after the S-1 is consummated.
It’s consistent if the Offering Price is $5 per share. Then we’ll get 120,000 shares worth $600k at closing of Offering.
Will be curious to see how they price the Offering? I’m assuming it won’t just be the current share price, but rather an average over previous 30 days maybe? This might explain why CCGI share price mysteriously went up about a month ago for no real reason at the time.
