I think I posted something about this from a financial institution, they went in to depth about Kodak’s ico plain. They will use unregistered shares as the ico I believe. Under rule 13(b) I think I’ll find the link just give me a minute.
And ticker Blkcf owns 8,000,000 of those coins..will be interesting to see how this whole thing plays out and how Icos are handled going forward...the Kodak Coin goin out on a regulated exchange could have big impact....I really hope they can use block chain as they say they can to protect digital image rights online...from amateur to professionals to maybe major publications?..how big could this be?
Curious if any here are holding BLKCF? Because they have their hands in every aspect of Block Chain. And Canada just approved Block Chain etfs...blkcf likely to be picked up.
