hindsite 20/20? The roller coaster of love has started. QE backwards will take time to unwind, imo....maybe quite a while. BUTt after I saw the $NYAD 50 tick the 20's I'm a gonna keeping a more active eye on things personally.
Too much stuff in the works around town to be like 08/09. Things are healthy overall but banks are getting to where they will take less than 20 % down payments again on house loans. work is bidding on 12 projects...new record.
