SO still why dont you explain how backing out of a real estate deal makes Mr. Harris a scammer? I've backed out of real estate deals in the last minute, because of a variety of reasons and have had people back out of purchases from myself as well. Am I a scammer as well?
Jig, correct me if i'm wrong, but doesn't the receiver or other legal entry always require a good faith deposit for those interested in purchasing assets in the bankruptcy estate? a bond (that word again!), if you will?
