Ourstreet, why dont you explain to us how exactly this was a scam? If I rememebr correctly this was a real estate deal that he backed out of. How does that make him a scammer?

By the way Rufus stated that he backed out of the deal because they wanted a huge amount of cash before he even got to sign any contracts.

The one person I haven't interviewed but would really like to is his mother. I would be very interested to hear what she has to say about his Greneleaf Country club scam.[i/]
