Johnny, I understand from your posts that you're an attorney. Let me ask you this, how many times have you waited on a judge to issue a decision? How many times have you heard that the decision will be "next week." And next week arrives, and you don't receive the response from the Judge. His calendar was just too busy - do you yell at the Judge? I don't think so. How many times (assuming you're a prosecutor) have you said, "we'll be ready for indictment next week?" And you find out you don't have all of the evidence you need for Grand Jury, so you postpone until you are ready. If you work in the legal profession (I do, enforcement side of the house), you must know that very few deadlines are ever met. Do you commit to deadlines with the intention of breaking them? I assume that you'd say no, most people act in good faith. But you seem to be seething when you post, which I find to be uncharacteristic for an attorney.
