Going on 10 years...about time "some data" was received... Lord knows how long they will take to process the data while we keep complaining, "Where's my Escrow money?" Imo

Increased IT support could be anything. We have IT come into our office twice a week to help people with all of their personal computers as well as the office computers. They spend all day there working out bugs, uploading random stuff, helping people who have forgotten passwords, the list is endless, and its all mundane.
