I'm trying to understand why a company that could very quickly have a $2 billion market cap leave $600 million on the table. They own 71% of TGLO. If the market cap becomes $2 billion then they have ~$1.4 billion of that. Why give up $600 million? They know what this is worth. Thoughts?
