The CEO threw a monkey wrench in the engine with the 8 day delay of the ICO. If he had done the ICO we should have gotten to just above or below 1 cents from Monday's $.80 open. But he knows more than us. Maybe the news media encouraged him to make sure he dotted all i's and crossed all t's.
