Integrity of the puzzle pieces are becoming more and more suspect. Throw a gallon of paint against a wall and you have yourself a masterpiece.
I like how statements are cherrypicked. For example, King’s statement about bavi performing as expected. In the next conference call he admits that Sunrise failed. Yes, Sunrise failed.
And the ex-BOD failed bavi and failed the shareholders. King failed to bring partnerships to fruition. King failed to bring value to PPHM. The ex-BOD failed to keep their cash cow. They all failed to keep their cushy jobs. Now, Johnson/Swartz/Pohl/King have failed to have a credible legacy.
