Technology is helping bring people into the market as well. ACORNS, Robinhood, etc are truly bringing in the normal consumer into the market. However, I firmly believe there is systemic corruption within the regulatory bodies so it's still dangerous to invest. What FUN is doing is amazing though. I would love to do something similar for my good friends.

Hey GBoone, Welcome to the ROX board.

My buddy's daughter is now 7. From the day she was born I started hounding him about setting up an account. Shares have been going in for a while.

It's a long time ago, so I don't remember exactly when it was done. I am unsure of what type of account he set up, other than it is in her name.

I do believe whatever type of account it is, it was set up as a trust that she cannot access for quite a while.

Just this week I told him to add some shares. He'll get the cash at our Super Bowl poker game. Hopefully I win it back :-)


Do you have all ROX products available in your area? Tried them all?
