Next up after proving he lied abot auditing, MAZARS, share reduction, filing with FINRA, is putting the A/R's, A/P's, cash and BS together to show him cooking the books and using voodoo accounting to come with numbers that are another lie. It will be shown that it isnt occasional minor mistakes, or misunderstandings, but blatant lies to juice the stock price. Whether he is doing that to increase the values of his dilutions will be up to speculation, but few other rational and validated explanations will fit the activity.
