Dude it's been up for a while now. That's most likely a tester with the designer waiting to upload the real one once countdown is over. Multiple spelling errors on it. Someone randomly found it last week.
This has been up for over a week now...spelling errors and crap all over it. Would be nice if they fixed for tomorrow release, but this may just be a mock up of what they want it to look like, obviously not final...
