Former CEO can not be contacted? None of debt disclosed at purchase and Steve is a former fortune 500 VP and did not catch it?

You wait till after unaudited results come out to discuss it?

Although must say IMO yes a scam ... and a great one at that, might as well ride Steves coat tails and make some money. Sold half 3.5 mil yesterday at .0055-.0056 will buy back today and tomorrow at half price.
