If you want to read the BK court docs they are published on prime clerk. Google “bankruptcy breitburn prime” and you can find plenty of reading material.

The parties submitted memos last night. Both were about 80-95 pages. I doubt the judge will make a ruling this week.

The EC essentially alleges fraud and recommends the court hire their own valuation expert.
