SEC would of done something already. Some joe schmoe reporting anything to them isnt going to do a damn thing. Need a multi millionaire who has lawyers out the ass to go after them. Im pretty sure if this was a clear cut scam and going to bankruptcy, the SEC would have stepped in by now
I didnt spend a dime on that Mobicoin trash though. Stuck holding the bag of PTOP though, its gonna sit in my portfolio until it goes to 0 market value or theres a miracle and i cut some of the losses or maybe even make something off this in the long haul
If enough people who actually did buy Mobicoin contacted PayPal and requested a refund maybe it would send a message to the company but thats unlikely to happen also
