Careful here, CEO is involved in at least two cases of bankruptcy in the Netherlands. Do some DD on the public records there. The company that sold BHOLD went bankrupt soon after the sale to MSFT (makes you wonder why senior mgt wasn’t hired by MSFT).
Next, CEO apparently was involved with failing payments for employee retirement plans, led to bankruptcy of the company they shared an office with.
Soon after that IDDriven was there, by renaming TIXFI to IDDR. It’s all public record. IMHO a bit harder to find then reading the last 10 comments on OTC .....
