I am not surprised by very high Crispr success rates, nor as you said concerned if they were less than perfect.

While not really one of my concerns, several people here worried about false hits at somewhat random off target locations that caused collateral genetic damage.

I know that the solution for this using ZFN CompoZr is to make longer keys which are much less likely to link at unintended sites.

There was a paper last year that reported many random mutations caused by an in vivo use of Crispr which was the subject of a lot of controversy.

In KBLB's sort of process these could be culled, but I have some question whether such culling would be necessary with a properly designed and applied Crispr insertion.

If so, this might be the cause of KBLB's recent problem.

Not suggesting answers, rather looking for them from someone a lot closer to this sort of action than I am.
