I'm guessing no-one here has gotten in touch with the transfer agent to find out what true share structure is. I have been unable to locate this company on the sec site to find the filing of the shares being reduced but I can't find anything so I'm assuming 400mil shares trading which puts this way over it's realistic market cap and the market makers took people to school on this one.
