Jerry if buying from eBay make sure the windows 10 license is for the single computer and not Volume or enterprise license. It would be good if it came with Windows 10 Pro.
If vendor does not clearly specify in the listing, best to ask vendor the question about it.
On one of the Laptop that I bought from eBay, it came with Windows 10 Pro enterprise license. After 6 month it would not update as the update could not get to enterprise server. Now I have to buy a new Windows 10 license for that as vendor is not responding to this issue and eBay will only refund if issue was within 30 days of purchasing.
