GlobeNewswire is required to verify/validate/confirm that all press release submissions are coming directly from the publicly traded company's CEO or delegated officer.
Where did PTAH's press release submission come from?
Why has PTAH's CEO or GlobeNewswire not issued a follow up PR stating that thursday's press release was a hoax and that none of the information contained therein, was accurate. They should also go one step further to state emphatically that there has been no 17 million dollar offer made for the company.
The way this is being handled, is completely unorthodox and only adds to the speculation that perhaps the original press release was accurate, but should never have been released?
Like i said, simply issue a PR explaining precisely what happened instead of one asking journalists and other readers to disregard it.
What kind of follow up PR wording was that? Completely useless.
