Maybe not so complicated as it is confusing...

My original post:

I think everyone can agree that NNVC is in trouble when alternative methods of financing, such as blockchain/tokens or warrants, are needed to keep NNVC from sinking.

You replied:

No one said it was "needed"

Now you say:

Something is needed to raise funds.

I think anybody could be confused by these two seemingly contradictory statements.
