In my opinion there is no reason for these fins to be late. If you have an accountant, and they no the due dates then why in the world would it be late. I’m getting really impatient here and quite frankly questioning the contracts and all the tweets.
Talk is cheap, verify all the last three months of tweets and I’ll be the first to admit I was wrong but this is pinkie land so question everything!

Nope, this Audit is a 10-K as it is incorporation the Q 4 in it so its the year end which makes it a 10-K and it falls under the SEC rules.. which are

THE AUDIT WILL BE LATE PRE-EMPTIVE EXCUSES ARE FLOWING HERE! just as steve knew they would!..they have had PLENTY OF TIME TO DO THE AUDIT on such a small company..should have been no more than 2 weeks worth imo
