Oh yeah. Don't get me wrong. I am hoping for it within 30 days. TELL did it in 23, I believe. They were within 30 days for sure. I just am seeing people calling for deadlines, and if there is a deadline, then we need to know. That way we can decide what to do after that deadline has passed. BUT, if there isn't a deadline, I really don't want this stock to tank to very low levels, because if the merger falls through, I lose everything. I know its for selfish reasons, but everyone should know the truth about whether there is a deadline or not. I wish we had a securities lawyer so that they could dissect the language of the filings and tell us what the truth is. HaHa.

'Let’s not over look all of the external factors that would support moving the merger forward sooner rather than later. I think it is in delfin best interest to strike while the iron is hot so to speek. oil is up , political environment is favorable, projected demand, etc' YES SIR!
