I think it’s a complex case and the judge knows that too. Considering the cc settlement that did happen there is progress. I don’t know if they are working of a list, and the cc settlement was first needed to negotiate more. So it can be it’s going step by step. Also the judge replacement must have cost some time. I don’t think anyone is expecting a settlement this big to be done in a few months. Look at other big settlements.. these can even take years. Now I don’t expect that... but I’m just saying, it’s hard to tell.
