With so many parties involved, there can be a lot of details needed to be worked out. I don't think it will be a 'one settlement fits all' solution.

It's all depending on the level of infringement and how they want to avoid future issues and also maybe what they can afford.

I'm not a legal counsel, but I think it will take lots of work and then they need to review and discuss it over and over again, boards have to agree, they need to finetune.

A lot of money is involved, so I think they are not in the hurry you might think.

I think the time of their lawyers is cheaper then the settlement. Not to forget the defendants are splitting the costs and GERS is represented on contingency fee base, so they don't care how long it takes. And CC representing them will make sure they get more out of it then they cost.
