Ask yourself why a company wouldn't want to be transparent. One of two possible scenarios: 1) they can't be transparent for some reason (legal, non-disclosure, etc), or 2) they don't want to for some reason. Option 1 is bearable for a while by investors but not the greatest. Option 2 sucks for investors.
SR has implied on twitter that it's not the company, but the new auditor who is tied up & that the Q is out of his hands... for the first few months after changing auditors I could buy this. The longer we go without a Q the more I think they've either got a SERIOUS mess that auditor is trying to piece together (bad for investors) or that $OMVS doesn't want to be transparent (bad for investors).
Long story short, $OMVS needs to get its sh!t together soon.
