possibilities:

1) refurbishing his hurrican ravaged house?

2)saving his money and looking for a cheaper entry?

3)buying up stock in a company that is in opko's crosshairs?

4)took a small hiatus because he just wasn't feeling well?

Take your pick. One thing I know is that when he doesnt buy, the price goes down. That being said is the short interest going down, staying the same or increasing?
