It's not just the buy on fear thing imo. The hit this takes from diverging from the whole Mexico line is not irrecoverable. We still are missing some of those details.
As for the start of phase 2, I can tell you, any company can set a target to start. I don't think I've ever seen one start on time. I've been keeping an eye on the FDA site for the protocol to be posted. Not there yet. So imo things are still being worked out. Of course, absent any updates I'm just speculating. But this environment is for speculating. Just remember, this is a start up.
And I'm still buying as well. Added at .029 today. Cleared some funds today that are itching to see what they do tomorrow. So yes, building up to my full portfolio contender position now. I know that means squat since I don't post my share count. But really, if something starts moving, it's never enough.
