I would like to clarify something from my previous post. I wrote "With everything that has gone on I expect the IP to be worth nothing or next to nothing". The key words in this sentence "with everything that has gone on". I repeat "I don't isolate blame". The entire journey Bavi took to wind up where it is today is why I put the value at "nothing or next to nothing". I think there are those of us out there that understand what I mean by "isolate blame" so I'm not going to begin to list all those reasons that got us where we are today. There are individuals that could, once and for all, answer this question we are all burdened with, "what's the IP worth"? Unfortunately it would require the absolute truth, I'm talking about the truth one feels in their hearts. Those individuals are no longer with the company but they know and have that answer we all seek but their individual "futures" are tied to an industry, a society, where telling the truth would probably prevent them from ever advancing and all this is part of that "journey" that has led us to where we are today. Under different circumstances I think Bavi might have made it. That's what hurts the most.

eb, you'd better get a deep pocket shareholder (dpsh hereafter) whose personal lawyer can send a real missive

viz, possibly with all SH names enumerated who would want to send their names and holdings to such dpsh ;-)

IMO, our letters to Carleone got tabulated by his secretary -- probably only glanced at, not read with any comprehension, and then deepsixed. At the ASH all questions on IP should have been addressed to Carleone, as the only recipient of record and who should have had the time to digest the IP and then talk to the King or who ever is still cognizant of our goose. Lias now has other geese to fry, IMHO
