It’s reasonable to surmise that most of the $236M increase in this line item from 2016 to 2017 is attributable to the ABBV litigation.

Come on now. To think anyone would spend $236 Million dollars on a lawsuit that NEVER even hit the courts is silly at best. This suit never left the Companies or the Lawyers (if they used outside consul) offices.

This Lawsuit was two years old and the costs would have simply been put in the Admin Account.

In my view it is very UNREASONABLE to think that 14,000 man weeks were used to come to a settlement over nine months!
