People can sit back and let this share price gradually rise and then look to get in when it's supposedly a sure thing, and grab that many less shares, and that much less profit. Not my style, I typically like a little risk, but In this case I feel confident in the company. Timing of Audited Financial Statements is not a detriment to me, just that they eventually get done.
