Google the company. They have ties back to Georgia, go figure. The're now based in Texas. When they file their next 13, it'll most likely be gone.

Is it okay for me to laugh even though I am NOT a basher. That institutional holdings of 12,000 shares is a joke. Cripes, I heard Elliot McDonald last night touting it like some great thing on Subpenny. Hell, I bet half the HSMers own more shares than that top and only instituion Penn. Sorry, too weak - don't go there - that is too easy a "bash".

Nice. I personally have never seen institutional position in an OTCBB. There probably is, but I have not seen it till now.
