Actually I read that part, it basically tells me they burned their cash on vacations and mundane stuff, then went dark...read between the lines.

Now they claim they received 50mm from various investors...yah right. No product, no company, gone dark with no books...would you give millions to a company that hasn't functioned and all of a sudden says they are in the pot sector?

Oh and back in 2016 market conditions were ripe for borrowing: rates were at record lows and banks were actually much more open to lending.
