What? They've already been 'bought out'....HTC paid 93 million for all of their assets....But Ciber owes a ton of money to several creditors....so they are using a portion of the 93 million to pay them off. 'If' there's anything left after all of the creditors are paid, there will be a payout to the common shareholders....But this as already been 'bought out'. There was a lot of confusion here due to an update from ETrade that ended up being wrong....
