C’mon now man, don’t think y’all are in an exclusive group...There have been a few of us trying to tell people to consider all of the options, that’s why for instance you should always take your profits on tickers like this, at least until you are playing with free shares. The whole marijuana license thing has been pushing this for a while now and it looks like it could actually happen, which gives people that slight hope that this can actually be a 10 bagger, everyone wants to hit that big trips play and this one has all the makings of a legit opportunity for that...
HOWEVER, if you look at this from a skeptical point of view, it also looks like a well played pump and dump....just take it back to this time last year, everyone is hyped on the license, which was imminent, while in reality Parliament hadent even had the regulations or application packet published. We didn’t even have a pharmacist.... then they posted a video where Duffield stated that dilution in the 2nd quarter was going to be very limited and not exceed more than a few percent of the already issued stock, I dont recall the exact date but that few percent turned into more like 20/25%, since that video interview, he did not address why it was so much greater than expected and where any of the funds went... we are talking about nearly 1 billion shares in 3 quarters last year. Through all last year the license was always right around the corner, then South Africa finally postednguidelines and application, how excatally did we already have a site inspection and continual correspondence with law enforcement, to include the vetting of company staff, if there was no official application or infrastructure in place for the entire marijuana sector? When this mini run started happening from .0006 to .0019 a few weeks ago the boardnlitwrally went from a handful of the same people posting, a few positive and a few negative, to literally #1 on break out boards with 100’s of crazy positive posts from people who came from no where, all at the same time. The first leg finished and those people seemingly disappeared leaving behind a few well known and long term ihub users, still promoting blindly Anout calm before storm throwing out .15 pps projections or higher, valuing this company at 50-100 million dollars, a company that has 350.00 cash on the books and has never earned one cent of revenue other than from selling 3.8 billion shares...Now come December and suddenly Roger is posting tweets regarding restructuring pref stock, then hunting at an acquisition, with no mention of the license or any actual explanation of what he actually meant in those tweets, it’s been a month now and still no further word about the acquisition, or any update whatsoever....
So it depends on how you look at it, this could be 100% legit, and I believe that it is, or it is also easy to look at everything that has happened here over the last two years and think that it is a scam, the lack of real pr’s and official news on real news wires is not how a high level company would generally act so that leads to more doubt but ive said before Duffield is a scientist first and a pr/ceo second, which isn’t a bad thing it just leaves people hanging for days and weeks, which sucks. All of this is why few people actually make big scores in the otc land, It’s risky and you have to have the backbone to stick with What you believe to be true in order to make the big payday ......that’s why it is so important to plan your investment so by the time you flip half your shares to recoup your initial investment you still have a fully loaded boat to make the play worthwhile
Anyhow sorry for the long and somewhat hairbrained post, it’s late. The license is coming, and if you’ve been here and done any research into what’s actually happening in South Africa right now, you’ll know they will be issuing licenses relatively soon, compared to the time we’ve already waited. If your average here is anywhere in trips you have nothing to worry about at all, fact is even if you just bought .0014 , while it may take a little bit, no one knows, we will be issued a license and when that happens there will be new year highs set, there will be some of us with several 100k’s of profits because we stuck it out and knew what we had despite the lack of inclusiveness of us in the prnprocess along the way!
