EXACTLY! People could understand that by simply looking at a cash account and see that it take THREE DAYS FOR TRADES TO CLOSE. Just because it is electronic doesn't mean that trades all CLOSE in the same day, hence the reason for PENDING TRANSACTION SETTLEMENTS aka "daily shorts" LMFAO!!!!!!!
