Thank you!!...not sure why that was such a difficult concept for some here. Everything was / is right there in the 8K. Tranche #1 out of the way...so look for this to move up absent LAM's tranche tomorrow as we won't have that overhang until they request tranche #2....and you know the company will be timing that with their news...as they did Friday and this morning...more to come.

I totally agree. Here's one scenario. Only 330 mil 3a10 shares would be issued to Livingston in a total of 8 tranches between $100k - $120k. Apologies for everything being squished together.
