Mar-Key, I will it explain it to you again.....Rocketeers accumulate shares....as the company sells shares into the market via GGI, the Rocketeers try to pick up as many of those shares as they can in order to maintain their ownership percentage as best as they can because they are basically long term investors in the company....
Now there are groups, like Stock Analyzer's, that come in, pump the stock, sell and leave....they do this on occasion...
