I think you also need to be a bit forgiving of the translations here from Google. There are many errors, and the piecing together of what is actually being said sometimes does not compute properly.

The whole "it's not the same company" nonsense is just people taking the translations too literally. JBZY = JB+ZJMY = Holding company = New Energy Company etc.

I think they are all linked now. Q4 will show.

Eventhough the rhetoric here has been so twisted to the point of conspiracy that these are multiple entities unrelated, doing a quick cross reference to the merger docs, linkedin page, official website, address, logo and other social media outlets should lead you to the simple truth the longs here understand, that this is us!!.
