How many people hold penny stocks for over a year. You really can't with the amount of ups and downs such stocks have.

For those that hold most and flip to accum...what does it matter if I pay 300K on my $1mil...I still have $700k I didn't have before, plus the extra I flipped for! LOL

For that matter, if it costs me $10k in fees for $1mil...who cares! Just gotta have the right stock and always be above your costs!

So this would be considered small business stock since it's not on a major index? Or... I guess I'd have to figure out what section 1202 was. From what I can see it looks like 28%:
