I intend to buy a boat load of UCLE in 2018.
But, I'm looking @ the right ENTRY POINT?
The strategy is to buy on the dip..
UCLE will be a roller coaster ride for the next 12-36 months.
The PPS will fluctuate dramatically.
It could swing either WAYS imo..
