The debt was peanuts & has been converting since early December.

I saw no evidence of conversions on Friday

This tells me that they are either done or they plan to sell whatever is left on the way up.

$ VICT. KeepitRealistic is one person that i know which keeps up with the paying down of the debt by getting the O/S from the TA & CEO to make sure he has his figures right so IMO you can take what he post to the bank and i will put my $Dollars on what he post every day of the week and thats a fact because he works at his DD to get it right and doesnt post BS to make things look good. I dont want to give him the big head but i own 3 other very good stocks that he is figured the debt on and i am very green on all 3 because i trust his DD and he hasnt been wrong yet and i am sure he is on Target here also IMO.
