Dale -- what stood out most to me were the obviously completely disingenuous selective outrage -- Bill Clinton and Barack Obama were, after all, treated just so well, with such dignity and respect, by all those (including Trump) like the actual wingbutt/teabuggerer author -- and recall -- to go back just part-way, ever heard of e.g., say, the John Birch Society?
