STZ has 194,711,432 shares outstanding, according to TMX money. They have 37,753,802 WEED shares and options...

so each share of STZ comes with 0.193896176 share of WEED. About 5 shares of STZ comes with a share of WEED attached,

just saying that buying Constellation shares at $217 USD is not synonymous with buying WEED at $10 USD, in my opinion....

you could say it is like buying a share of WEED at $1119 and the liquor business is a bonus....I would agree with that.
